Strong Adhesive Sticky Labels

Our strong adhesive sticky labels use PET or synthetic paper. The thickness is 90 to 120 microns. The material is very tough. The usual size ranges from 30 mm by 50 mm up to 80 mm by 100 mm. We support odd shapes. These product have a single self-stick structure. The glue layer is 15 to 20 microns thick. That is 30% thicker than normal labels. The glue is a strong acrylic permanent glue. The initial tack is very high. We measured it with professional tools. The peel force is 5 Newtons or more per 25 mm. These strong adhesive sticky labels stick very firmly. They do not fall off easily. They work on rough surfaces like corrugated cartons, unfinished wood, and textured plastic. They also resist high and low temperatures from minus 30 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius.

Your product needs a label on rough cardboard. Normal labels curl at the edges after two days. This happens because the cardboard surface is uneven. The glue layer is not thick enough to fill the gaps. Our product have a glue layer as thick as 20 microns. The flow and the initial tack are both enhanced. You press firmly when sticking. The glue flows into the fiber gaps of the cardboard. After it dries, it holds very tight. We tested on corrugated cardboard at 40 degrees Celsius for one week. No curling. We also tested at minus 20 degrees in a cold room for 48 hours. It was very hard to pick off with a fingernail. If you need to stick on metal, like a nameplate on machinery, this label works very well. The PET material resists heat. When the machine gets to 80 degrees, the label does not change shape.

We do not do OEM or ODM. You have a ready design, and we make it. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. If you find a quality problem, take a photo and send it to us. We check. If it is our fault, we send new ones for free. Our factory capacity is 3 million pieces per month. But that is not the main point. The main point is that we fully inspect every piece. For strong adhesive sticky labels, if the glue is bad, the label will fall off.
