Expanded Content Labels

The expanded content labels use coated paper or PET. The bottom layer can be transparent or opaque. The folded size is as small as 20 by 30 mm. The unfolded size can reach 200 by 300 mm. We make them with 2 to 8 flip layers. The flipping motion is smooth. The pages do not get stuck or spring back by themselves. You can use permanent glue or removable glue. Once stuck, the label does not lift easily. The core selling point is an expansion rate of over 300%. One small label holds a large amount of text and images.

The minimum order for expanded content labels is 3,000 pieces. Delivery takes about 10 days. For complex work, we discuss the timeline. Before shipping, we take product photos and show you. If you find quality problems like wrinkled labels, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements. We have a dedicated after-sales person. Payment: 30% deposit when ordering, 70% before shipping. RMB only. You can choose EXW (pick up at our factory) or DDP (we deliver to your mainland China warehouse).

The expanded content labels are great for product manuals, multilingual safety warnings, and compliance information. You stick the label on the side of the package. The customer opens one layer to read Chinese. They open another layer for English. Another layer shows diagrams. With eight flip layers, you can put a small booklet's content into one small label.
