Extended Content Booklet Labels

At Huilong Printing, we have a dedicated after-sales person. When the goods arrive and you find quality problems like wrinkled labels, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements. The extended content booklet labels use coated paper or PET composite paper. The thickness is between 80 and 120 microns. The folded size is 40 by 60 mm. When unfolded, it becomes a booklet with multiple pages. We make them with 3 to 10 layers. They are bound like a small booklet. The pages turn smoothly. The adhesive is permanent acrylic glue. It sticks firmly and does not fall off easily. These booklet labels are water and stain resistant. They carry manual-level content such as user guides, installation instructions, and safety warnings.

The minimum order for extended content booklet labels is 3,000 pieces. Delivery normally takes about 10 days. If you reorder later, the lead time stays the same, around 10 days. Before shipping, we take product photos and show you. If you find quality problems like wrinkled labels, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements.

Examples are electrical appliances, toys, medical devices, and fitness equipment. You stick the label on the back of the machine or on the package side. The customer opens the first page for an introduction. The second page shows installation diagrams. The third page lists precautions. The fourth page shows trouble-shooting. They can go all the way to page ten. All ten pages stick on one small label. They take no extra space. After you order, we follow the production schedule strictly. We make sure to ship on time.
