Multi Layer Vinyl Decals

The multi layer vinyl decals use 70 to 100 micron thick vinyl PVC. We build them in 2 to 5 foldable layers. Each layer peels off easily. The adhesive is permanent acrylic glue. It has a strong initial tack. You can choose any size. The common size is 50 by 50 mm. The smallest size is 20 by 20 mm. These multi layer vinyl decals resist water, oil, scratches, and UV light. They last outdoors for six months without fading. Our monthly output is 3 million pieces. We inspect every single decal before shipping. We do not use spot checks.

The minimum order quantity is 3,000 pieces. Delivery usually takes 10 days. If you order more or need complex work, we will discuss the time with you. We charge for samples. Each sample run needs new plates and machine setup. After you place a large order, we can talk about refunding the sample fee. Before shipping, we take product photos and send them to you. For payment, you pay 30% deposit when you order. You pay the remaining 70% before we ship. We only accept RMB. Our trade terms are EXW (you pick up at our factory) or DDP (we deliver to your warehouse in mainland China). If you find quality problems like wrinkled labels, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements.

The multi layer vinyl decals work very well on outdoor gear, cosmetic bottles, tool boxes, and electronic products. You stick the first layer on the product. The other layers can show instructions, ingredient lists, and multi-language translations. You put a lot of information into a small space. We have not worked directly with global brands. But we have helped many export factories. Their goods finally sold in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
