Composite Label

We follow local environmental laws. We also have FSC certification. So you can export to Europe and America without environmental problems. The composite label uses PET or PP film. The surface can have lamination. The common size is 50 by 100 mm. You can also choose your own shape. We make it with 2 to 4 composite layers. The backing paper, face paper, and glue layers stick firmly. The adhesive is strong acrylic glue. It stays stable on plastic, glass, or metal. The composite label resists high temperatures. It works from minus 20 degrees to 80 degrees Celsius. It also resists aging, water, and moisture.

The minimum order is 3,000 pieces. Delivery normally takes 10 days. For large quantities or complex work, we discuss the time with you. We charge for samples because each sample needs new plates and machine adjustments. After you place a large order, we can talk about refunding the sample fee. If you find quality problems like wrinkled labels, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements. We pack in Shunfeng express specialized cartons to prevent damage. Payment: 30% deposit when ordering, 70% before shipping. RMB only.

The composite label suits products that need heat or moisture resistance. Examples are kitchen appliances, bathroom hardware, and outdoor equipment. You stick the label on the machine surface. It does not lift because of heat. It does not fall off because of water. We have not worked directly with global brands. But we have made labels for many export factories. Their products sell in Europe, America, and the Middle East. Our factory does 100% inspection. We give a one-month warranty. If you find quality problems, we replace them.
