Layered Tags

At Huilong Printing, our engineering team has over 20 years of experience. We can produce directly from your files. The layered tags usually use PET or synthetic paper. You choose based on your needs. The size starts from 20 by 30 mm and goes up to 300 by 400 mm. We make them with 2 to 6 composite layers. The layers stick together tightly. They do not delaminate by themselves. You have two adhesive options: high-tack permanent glue or removable glue. If you want to peel and reposition later, choose removable glue. Our monthly capacity is 3 million pieces. Before shipping, we check every tag for dirty spots, rough edges, or weak stickiness.

The minimum order for layered tags is 3,000 pieces. In one order, you can mix different colors or models. We discuss the mixing details based on the situation. Delivery time is normally 10 days. If you reorder later, the lead time stays the same, about 10 days. We have a dedicated after-sales person. When the goods arrive and you find quality problems like wrinkled tags, take photos and send them to us. We check and if it is our fault, we send replacements. You pay 30% deposit when you order and 70% before shipping. We only accept RMB. Trade terms are EXW or DDP (mainland China warehouse only).

The layered tags are perfect for products that need many language labels. For example, cosmetics and electronics sold to different countries. You put the product name on the first layer. The second layer shows ingredients. The third layer has usage instructions. The fourth layer gives warnings. One small tag holds four layers of information. You do not need a separate manual. We have not worked with global brands directly. But we have supplied many export factories. Their goods reached Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
