Non Tearable Barcode Labels

Our non tearable barcode labels use PET composite paper. They are specially made with a tear-resistant design. The thickness is 110 to 140 microns. That is very thick. The usual size is 30 mm by 50 mm. This fits barcode sizes. They come in rolls. The inner diameter is 76 mm. The length is custom. These product have a single tear-proof structure. The barcode is printed very clearly. The scan rate is over 99%. If you try to tear the label by hand, it breaks. You cannot remove it whole. The glue is strong permanent glue. It sticks firmly. These non tearable barcode labels are tear-proof and anti-counterfeit. The barcode is clear. Once someone tears it, it is destroyed. They are good for product traceability tags, asset labels, and warranty seals.

Your company has hundreds of computers, printers, and projectors. You put an asset label on each device. The label has an asset number barcode. But a thief could try to remove the label whole and stick it onto an old device to hide the theft. When you do inventory, the numbers do not match. Our product prevent this. They use thick PET composite paper with a brittle layer inside. When you try to tear from a corner, the label splits into pieces. The barcode part breaks into several parts. It cannot be restuck. Our glue is a strong permanent type. On a metal computer case, even if you heat it with a hair dryer, it still breaks when you try to peel it. We tested with a heat gun at 80 degrees Celsius. The label softened, but it still broke into pieces when torn. With alcohol soaking, the glue dissolves a little, but the label material itself still cannot be removed whole. This means that once your asset label is on, it stays with the device for its whole life.

Our after-sales service: within one month after you receive the goods, if there is a quality problem, we handle it. If you find that the label does not achieve the "non tearable" effect, for example you can remove it whole by hand, contact us. We will redo it. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation because the tear-resistant material needs special slitting. That takes longer. We do not do OEM or ODM. You have a barcode file, and we make it. Our factory capacity is 3 million pieces per month, but non tearable barcode labels have a lower output because the process has more steps.
