Sticky Dot Labels

Our sticky dot labels come in sizes from 20 mm by 20 mm up to 50 mm by 50 mm. The surface is coated paper or synthetic paper. The glue is not applied to the whole area. It is applied as small dots. Each glue dot has a diameter of 2 to 5 mm. The dots are evenly spaced. No glue overflows. The thickness is 70 to 90 microns. The glue is medium-strength removable glue. It sticks in a dot pattern. When you stick these sticky dot labels, most of the label area has no glue. Only a few small dots hold it. What is the benefit? First, removal is very easy. No residue. Second, the dots do not block the text on the label because they are at the corners or on the back. Third, they are good for cards, documents, and sample books that you need to take off and put back often.

Example: You make a product catalog. On each page you stick a sample. You want customers to pull off the sample, feel it, and then stick it back. If the whole area has glue, the label is ruined after one removal. Our sticky dot labels only have a few small glue dots. The customer pulls off the sample. The glue dots stay on the back of the label. When they stick it back, it holds again. You can repeat this four or five times. The stickiness remains. We tested on coated paper. After five repeated sticks and peels, the peel force dropped less than 30%. If you need to stick on important documents that must not have glue residue, choose the low-strength version. If you need to stick on a vertical metal surface, choose the medium-strength version. We do not do R&D, but our engineering team can recommend the right stickiness based on your need.
