Self Adhesive Bottle Labels

Our self adhesive bottle labels are sized from 30 mm by 80 mm up to 50 mm by 120 mm. They are made for round or square bottle bodies. The material is PET or vinyl. The thickness is 80 to 100 microns. We add a waterproof lamination. This thickness is softer than normal labels. It can wrap around the curve of a bottle. After sticking, it does not lift or come off. The glue is high-strength permanent glue. It is made for glass and plastic bottles. You put it on a shampoo bottle. The bottle stays in a wet bathroom for a month. The label does not curl. You put it on a drink bottle and put it in a freezer. At zero degrees, the glue still holds. These self adhesive bottle labels are waterproof, oil-proof, and scratch-resistant. They print clear ingredient lists, usage instructions, and brand logos.

We did a test. On a plastic lotion bottle in a wet shower for 30 days – no lifting. On a glass juice bottle in a freezer for 7 days – the glue held. The material is soft enough to follow the bottle curve. If your bottle has a very large curve, we can adjust the softness of the material. Our engineering team can handle that. They do not design your bottle label pattern, but they make sure the physical fit is right. Many small and medium cosmetic brands have bought from us for several years. If you find a quality problem, like a wrinkled label, take a photo and send it to us. We check it. If it is our fault, we send you new ones for free. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, a very curved bottle means we adjust the material softness. That takes a little longer. You have a ready file, and we make it. We do not support OEM or ODM. We have not worked with big global brands. But many small brands stay with us because of the good fit and low curl.
