Non Adhesive Labels

Our non adhesive labels use coated paper or synthetic paper. We do not put any glue on them. The whole label has no adhesive. The thickness is 70 to 90 microns. That is slightly thicker than normal label paper. The size is custom. The usual size is 30 mm by 50 mm. We support rolls, sheets, and odd shapes. The edges are clean with no burrs. Because these product have no glue, you can move them anywhere. You can slip them into a clear label holder. You can punch a hole and hang them with a string. Or you can put your own glue on them. They are reusable. The printing is clear. These non adhesive labels are good for temporary signs, insert labels, and archive sorting.

You manage a warehouse. The labels on the shelves change often. With sticky labels, each change means peeling off the old one, cleaning the glue, and sticking a new one. That takes a lot of time. Our product have no glue. You slide them into a clear slot on the edge of the shelf. When you need to change, pull the old one out and slide a new one in. Two seconds. We did a survey. A warehouse worker changes 20 labels per day. Using non-sticky labels saves 15 minutes compared to sticky labels. Also, no glue marks are left. The shelves stay clean. You can also use them on file cabinets. Stick a clear pocket on the spine of a file folder. Put the non adhesive label inside. Today you write "Project A". Tomorrow you change to "Project B". Pull it out and replace it. Printing is easy. You use your own printer. We cut the paper to size. Coated paper works with laser printers. Synthetic paper is waterproof and good for wet areas.

Our pre-sales process: you ask, we learn your needs, answer questions, and give a price. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, an odd shape needs a new cutting die. That adds two or three days. We also do not do OEM or ODM. You have a file, and we make it. Our factory is in Huizhou and has run for many years. Even though these non adhesive labels have no glue, we still fully inspect every sheet. We check for crooked cuts and dirty spots. When you receive them, they are good.
