Non Adhesive Printable Labels

Our non adhesive printable labels use thermal paper or coated paper. No glue. The thickness is 60 to 80 microns. The usual size is 25 mm by 35 mm. This fits common label printers on the market. They come in a roll. One roll after another for easy batch printing. The surface is smooth. Printing is clear with no bleeding. Because there is no glue, after you print, you can insert the label into a holder, hang it, or add a small drop of your own glue. These non adhesive printable labels print quickly. The glue-free design makes them reusable. They are good for offices and warehouses for temporary signs, like file sorting, shelf location marks, and equipment status cards.

Your office changes desk signs often. Today Zhang San sits here. Tomorrow Li Si sits here. If you use sticky labels, they leave glue when you change them. Our non adhesive printable labels solve this. Use a label printer to print "Zhang San". Slip it into a desktop nameplate holder. Tomorrow change to "Li Si". Print a new one and replace it. The old label goes into the recycling bin. It does not stick to your hands. No glue. One roll has 1,000 labels. That lasts a long time. Our thermal paper keeps the text for 18 months at room temperature. The text does not disappear. If you need longer life, choose the coated paper version with a ribbon. That keeps text for more than five years. The roll inner diameter is 25.4 mm. This fits most desktop label printers, like Brother, Deli, and Jinchen. You do not need to change your machine. Just buy our paper and use it.

Our middle order process: order confirmed, sign contract, produce, ship, and check. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, a roll length of 100 meters needs new slitting. That takes a little longer than standard. We do not support OEM or ODM. You have a design, and we make it. Our engineering team has over 20 years of experience. You can ask us about size and material matching, but we do not do creative design. Our factory follows environmental rules. The thermal paper is BPA-free. You can use it near food. Even without glue, our quality control is strict. Before each roll leaves the factory, we spot-check the print quality. No missing dots, no white spots.
