Sticky Barcode Labels

Our sticky barcode labels use coated paper or PET. The thickness is 80 to 100 microns. They are specially made for barcode printing. The usual size is 30 mm by 50 mm. You can change the size to fit your barcode. We support rolls that work with automatic label applicators. These sticky barcode labels have a single self-stick structure. The barcode is printed very clearly. The scan rate is over 99%. The glue is high-strength permanent glue. It sticks firmly on many surfaces. These labels are waterproof and scratch-resistant. The barcode does not get scratched easily. They are good for warehouses, logistics, supermarket scanners, and product traceability tags.

Your warehouse scans thousands of barcodes every day. If the barcode is not clear, or the surface gets scratched after sticking, the scanner fails. The whole process stops. Our sticky barcode labels use a high-precision printing press. The edges of the barcode stripes have no fuzz. The contrast between the white and black parts is high. We tested with common scanners from different angles. The read success rate was 99.5%. PET material is more scratch-resistant than coated paper. If you need to stick on cartons that get moved a lot, choose the PET version. The surface has a matte lamination. Friction is low, so the barcode does not wear off. If you need to stick on small plastic bags, the coated paper version is enough and cheaper. The glue has strong initial tack. It grabs the surface two seconds after sticking.

We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, your barcode type is EAN13 or Code128. The layout is different, so plate making time differs. Our middle order process: after order confirmation, sign contract, produce, ship, and you check. If no problem, done. If there is a problem, we handle it quickly. We do not accept OEM or ODM. You have a ready barcode file, and we make it. Every sticky barcode label is fully inspected before packing.
