Blank Self Adhesive Labels

Our blank self adhesive labels use coated paper or synthetic paper. The thickness is 60 to 90 microns. You can add a lamination layer on top. Lamination makes the label more wear-resistant. The size is fully customizable. The smallest is 20 mm by 20 mm. The largest goes up to 300 mm by 400 mm. These product have a single self-stick structure. The liner comes off very easily. You pick up a label, remove the liner, and stick it directly. No extra glue needed. The glue can be removable or permanent. You choose what you need. The stickiness is stable. It does not fall off right after sticking, nor does it become impossible to remove after a few days. These blank self adhesive labels are very handy. The printing is clear. They work for many product marks and packages.

You receive a batch of goods. You need to put a quality pass label on each inner box. You have only two people. You must finish 500 boxes in two hours. If the liner is hard to peel, or the glue does not stick, you will fail. Our blank self adhesive labels have a special release treatment on the liner. A light lift with your finger starts it. The whole liner comes off in one piece. It does not break in the middle. The initial tack is strong. You stick it on without pressing hard. It grabs the surface by itself. We tested on a smooth paper box. Two seconds after sticking, the peel force reached 1.5 Newtons per 25 mm. Did you stick it crooked? Within the first five seconds, you can lift it and restick. No glue stays. After ten seconds, it sets. So you have a short adjustment time. If you choose the removable glue version, the adjustment time is longer. You can even stick, remove, and restick several times.

We do not support OEM or ODM. You have a ready design, we make it. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, a large size like 300 mm by 400 mm needs machine adjustment. That takes more time. Every blank self adhesive label is fully inspected before packing. We use Shunfeng cartons for safe delivery. Minimum order is 3,000 pieces. Delivery takes about 10 days. You pay 30% deposit when you order, and 70% before shipment. We only take Chinese Yuan.
