Label Peel Off

Our label peel off uses coated paper or PET. The thickness is 80 to 110 microns. The layers are tight enough but not too tight. The usual size is 40 mm by 60 mm. You can choose rolls or sheets. We make 2 to 3 layers for this product. Each layer peels away easily. After peeling, no glue stays between layers. The glue set is special. Between layers we use low-strength glue. On the bottom layer we use high-strength permanent glue. The bottom sticks to your product very firmly. It does not fall off. The upper layers hold different information. The label peel off separates smoothly without breaking. It is good for anti-counterfeit labels or two-layer information displays.

Do you sell products that need anti-counterfeit protection? For example, health products, cosmetics, or electronics. You can put our product on the package. The bottom layer sticks to the box and never comes off. The first upper layer says "scratch to check authenticity". The customer scratches and sees a code. The second upper layer shows your official website and hotline. The customer peels both upper layers and sees the unique anti-counterfeit code on the bottom. Three layers of information in one label. And the separation between layers is smooth. It does not lift the printing from the lower layer. We tested the peel force. It is controlled at 0.5 to 1 Newton per 25 mm. You open it with your fingers, no nail needed. The bottom permanent glue has a peel force above 5 Newtons. You cannot tear it off. Many anti-counterfeit factories cannot reach this precision. We can.

Our middle order process is like this. After order confirmation, we sign a contract. Then we arrange production. After production, we ship. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. But if you place a large order, we can deduct the sample fee from the order value. That is our discount. We have not worked with big global brands. But many small anti-counterfeit brands buy from us.
