Peel Off Labels Printing

Our peel off labels printing uses coated paper or PET composite paper. The printing color is very accurate because the material surface is well treated. You can choose any size. We fit many printing processes. The roll inner diameter is 76 mm. That is standard for most label applicators. We build these product in 2 to 4 layers. Each layer peels off smoothly. The printed side is clear, no ink bleeding. The glue setup is: bottom layer uses high-strength permanent glue to stick firmly on the product. Between layers we use removable glue. After peeling, no residue stays. This peel off labels printing supports multi-color printing and UV printing. Peeling is easy. It is good for highend labels and anticounterfeit marks.

Your product goes to Europe. The label needs a lot of information: brand name, product name, ingredients, origin, usage, warnings, recycling symbols, barcode, batch number, expiry date. One single layer cannot hold all that. If you make the text too small, customers cannot read it. Our peel off labels printing lets you print on separate layers. First layer shows brand and product name. Peel off first layer, the second layer shows ingredients and origin. Peel off second layer, the third layer shows usage and warnings. Peel off third layer, the fourth layer shows barcode and batch number. Four layers of information. The customer peels only what they want to read. And every layer is sharp because we use high-precision printing machines. Our quality control is 100% full inspection. Not sampling. Every label is looked at before packing. Dirty spots, rough edges, or mis-registration are all removed. Every label you get is good.

We do not do OEM or ODM. You have a file, we make it. You do not have a file, we do not design for you. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, a 4-layer structure with different content on each layer takes more time for sampling. We still fully inspect every piece. You get the same high quality every time. Minimum order is 3,000 pieces. Delivery is about 10 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We only take Chinese Yuan.
