Tearable Label

Our tearable label uses coated paper or PET. The thickness is 70 to 100 microns. You can add a lamination layer on top. Lamination makes it more wear-resistant. The usual size is 30 mm by 50 mm. You can choose to have an easy-tear edge or not. Our product comes in a single layer or two layers. If you want to peel two layers to see different information, choose two layers. The glue is mediumstrength removable glue. It sticks well, but taking it off is easy. After tearing, the edge is clean. No rough fibers stick out. You can re-stick it two or three times. The stickiness stays. This tearable label works on paper, plastic, glass, and metal. It is good for temporary signs, sorting marks, and office use.

You use many labels in your office. You mark files, courier packages, and equipment. Sometimes you stick them in the wrong place. Or the information changes, and you need a new label. Normal labels are hard to remove. Either they tear or leave glue. Our product lets you change whenever you want. The medium-strength removable glue sticks to a file folder. You pull it off and put it in a new spot. The stickiness is still enough. We tested on a PP plastic folder. After three re-sticks, the peel force dropped only 30%. The label still stayed on. If you need to re-stick more often, choose the low-strength version. The edge is very clean. It does not stretch or leave strings. The printing stays clear no matter how many times you tear it off.

We do not do OEM. You do not need us to develop anything. You have a ready design file, and we make it exactly as you give it. We do not offer free samples. Sample making is charged. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, PET material or coated paper, with lamination or without – these affect the sample time. Every tearable label is fully inspected before packing. We use Shunfeng express with special cartons. The package is safe. You pay 30% deposit when you order, and the other 70% before we ship. We only take Chinese Yuan.
