The lead time for custom samples depends on the difficulty. For example, if your size is non-standard, or you want to add a company logo, we need to make a new plate. That takes more time. Before we ship, we take photos of the finished products for you to confirm. If you find a quality problem, like a wrinkled label, take a photo and send it to us. We check it. If it is our fault, we send you new ones for free.
