Tear-off labels are a special type of self-adhesive label with a printed surface and a two-part backing: a removable layer and a firmly adhered layer. With a gentle tear, the surface layer removes the information, while the backing adheres firmly. They are commonly used in express parcels, product seals, and book covers. This design combines information display with anti-counterfeiting features, leaving no residue after tearing. The surface is waterproof and wear-resistant, making it suitable for various materials. In printing processes, it's a precision application of die-cutting, using laser cutting to precisely separate the adhesive layers, achieving a "point-break" separation effect, and is widely used in customized packaging.
Recently, I used these tear-off labels to package a batch of customized towels. I was initially worried about smudging the printed text or tearing the packaging paper, but they opened cleanly and easily! We printed the brand name and washing instructions, and even customized a QR code, which leads directly to the care guide – super convenient. They're also perfect for sock sleeves; they're quick to apply in bulk packaging, and customers can easily tear and open them upon receipt, providing a superior user experience. Book covers, seals, and gift box labels can all be customized, with sizes and colors to choose from. Even the font can be refined to 0.5mm, and the quality is in no way inferior to big brands. The samples made by Modern Design Printing Factory have stable adhesive, accurate colors, and even the texture feels high-end to the touch, as if they were a custom language tailor-made for niche brands.
