Easy To Peel Off Labels

Our easy to peel off labels come in coated paper or synthetic paper. The thickness is 60 to 80 microns. These product are not too soft and not too hard. The usual size is 30 mm by 50 mm. We add a tear-teeth design on the edge. The gap between teeth is 2 to 3 mm. You start from the teeth and tear. It goes smoothly without going off track. You can choose a single layer or two layers for these easy to peel off labels. The glue is a medium-strength removable glue. When you pull the label off, no sticky residue stays on the surface. Tearing takes little effort. The edge stays clean, and the label itself does not break.

You use many labels in your warehouse. Some boxes say "waiting for check", others say "checked". Some goods are for customer A, some for customer B. But sometimes you stick the wrong label. Or you send the goods away and want to take the label off. Normal labels tear into pieces and leave glue on the box. Our product solve this problem. You pull gently, and the whole label comes off clean. The box looks new. The medium-strength glue holds well and does not fall off by itself. But when you want to take it off, you can. You can also stick it again two or three times. The sticky power stays. Besides warehouses, these easy to peel off labels work well for price tags in stores, file sorting in offices, and temporary badges for events.

We do not do OEM or ODM. You do not need us to design anything. You give us your file, and we make the labels. We do not offer free samples. Sample making costs money. But if you place a large order later, we can talk about returning the sample fee. The lead time for custom samples depends on the actual situation. For example, if you need a special size or a different tooth gap, the sample takes a few more days. We tell you in advance. Every label goes through a full inspection before packing. If you find a problem like a wrinkled label, take a photo and send it to us. We check it. If it is our fault, we send you new labels for free.
