Product Design Of Folded Labels

Mar 06, 2026 Leave a message

Foldable labels typically employ a multi-layered structure, including a face film layer, a foldable label layer, and a back film layer. The foldable label layer, when unfolded, reveals a hidden pattern, forming the label's display layer. This folding design reduces the adhesion area, lowering the incidence of "hollows," "creases," or "adhesive leakage," and increases interactivity with consumers.

At the fold points, mechanical structures such as crease lines and flexible hinges can be used to optimize the folding direction and prevent accidental unfolding.
